Where possible, all food preparation is done in the commercial kitchen of Etiquette 24/7 situated at 520 Ruthven Street. Cost of staff commences upon arrival at function site, unless the function exceeds a 45km radius of Toowoomba Central Business District. Tra

vel time will depend upon the distance travelled.

STAFF minimum 3 hours

Kitchen Hand/Wait/Bar Assist $20/hr Chef $35/hr

Bar Staff $30/hr Wait Staff $25/hr

Maitre d' $35/hr

Etiquette suggest the following ratio.

Wait staff based on 1 per 20 pax for sit down dinner.

Wait staff based on 1 per 30 pax for canape/cocktail party.
